How to overcome laziness

Easy ways to overcome laziness-

1- Sleep well at night so that you get up energised the other day.

2- Exercise to be fit.

3- Stretch your body.

4- Eat a fruit within 20 mins of waking up to energise yourself.

5- Keep your surroundings clean.

6- Flash some water on your face the moment you get up from sleep.

7- Plan your day. So you are not wasting time.

8- Set realistic goals and work to achieve it.

9- Do not overeat.

10- Do not waste time on mobile phones for hours.
